What information should I send for a burner quote?
Tell us your fuel (gas, light oil, dual fuel or premix), boiler or furnace type, and required output in kW. Photos of the existing setup help us specify faster.
Do you supply original Riello documentation?
Yes. As an authorized distributor we supply original Riello product manuals, parts lists and datasheets with each burner.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
T/T payment; sea or air freight worldwide from Shenzhen. We confirm exact lead time and Incoterms when we quote your model.
Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes — every unit is strictly tested before delivery, and we provide a 3-year quality assurance service plus spare parts and remote guidance.
