Common combustion faults & how to solve them

How do I solve difficulty in ignition?

Ignition difficulty means the burner cannot ignite at startup. Possible causes include power failure, damaged ignition electrodes, or fuel-supply problems. Check the power connection, replace the ignition electrode, and clean the fuel pipeline.

What causes incomplete combustion, and how do I fix it?

Incomplete combustion lowers thermal efficiency and pollutes the environment. Common causes are insufficient fuel supply, too much or too little air, and carbon buildup in the combustion chamber. Adjust the fuel supply, balance the air flow, and clean the combustion chamber.

Why is combustion unstable, and what should I do?

Unstable combustion reduces work efficiency and can damage equipment. Causes include poor fuel quality, carbon buildup in the chamber, and ignition-system malfunction. Use higher-quality fuel, clean the combustion chamber, and service the ignition system.

What causes abnormal smoke emissions?

Smoke above the standard signals environmental and safety risk. It usually comes from incomplete fuel combustion or a high combustion-chamber temperature. Adjust the combustion parameters, clean the combustion chamber, and replace the filter screen.

Why does temperature control fail, and how is it fixed?
